Leadership

Helen Stefan Moreau is the President and Owner of The Midtown Group. Helen opened the company in 1989 and has more than a decade of leadership in the staffing industry.

Ward Howick is Vice President of the Temporary Services division of The Midtown Group. With more than 20 years experience in the staffing industry, Howick specializes in temporary, temp-to-hire, and contract positions with local and federal governments, law firms, associations, real estate companies, and consulting firms.

David Stefan is the Managing Partner of The Midtown Group specializing in the development and management of the firm’s client base. David has been the top producing employee in the company for the past three years.
