Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows and Mac Environment

  • Required – 2years+

Basic hardware/Printer/Application support, installation & troubleshooting

  • Required – 2 years+

Bomgar Remote Control or equivalent Remote Control software

  • Required – 1 year

Customer Service skills

  • Required – 3 years

Hands-on experience w/AD or equivalent for pwd reset, etc.

  • Required – 2 years

Help Desk or other related IT support experience

  • Required – 3 years

Mac for Office and/or iWorks

  • Required – 2 years

Mac OS X in a support and troubleshooting role

  • Required – 2 years

Microsoft's Windows 7 and/or 10 operating system, basic configuring and troubleshooting

  • Required – 3 years

MS Office 2013, 2016 and Office 365 product suite support, troubleshooting, etc.

  • Required – 3 years

Remedy Call Tracking System or equivalent

  • Required – 2 years

Comfort with traveling throughout DC

  • Required

A+ or MCP or Mac certification

  • Required

Basic Network troubleshooting knowledge

  • Required – 2 years
