Description

  • A+ certified
  • At least 6 months of IT call center experience
  • At least 6 months of OS troubleshooting (Win 7 / Win 10)
  • Apple OS x troubleshooting experience (preferable)
  • Knowledge and support of Office 2010 / Office 2013
  • Knowledge of AD (password reset)
  • Knowledge of printer troubleshooting, networking troubleshooting, wireless, and LAN
  • Type 30 – 40 wpm (preferable)
