Paychecks are available for pick-up in our Washington, DC office every Friday at 12:00 noon.
If you have submitted an unsigned timesheet your paycheck will not be processed until we have the signed copy. If you are unable to come to our office to pick up your check and would like someone else to pick it up for you please call the office for instructions (202)887-4747 . Please make sure the person picking up your check can provide photo identification. Your check will not be released to them without it. Paychecks are never mailed without your consent.
If you would like to be added to our mailing list, please send an email to email@example.com. Once on the mailing list, your check will be mailed to the address you provided every week moving forward until you would like to be on direct deposit or taken off the mailing list.
If you choose to have your check mailed, please note that there is a $35.00 stop payment fee if your check is lost or stolen in the mail. We cannot guarantee delivery through the US Postal Service.
Direct Deposit is available for all interested candidates. We need a voided check, a copy of a direct deposit slip or your account number and routing number on bank letterhead. You may submit your information at our Washington, D.C. office, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to attention: Tanika Caple. As soon as we receive your account information, it will be entered into our system and is effective for the following payroll period. Your direct deposit statement will be sent to your mailing address and will state the breakdown of your earnings. Included with your statement will also be a timesheet for the following week.
All timesheets are due on Mondays, no later than 12:00p.m. If your timesheet has not been received by the specified deadline, you will not be paid that Friday. Your hours worked will be processed in the following payroll period. Although you may receive a confirmation from your fax machine, it does not guarantee that our Payroll Department has received it. In order to insure that your hours have been received and logged, YOU MUST obtain a confirmation number from Midtown.
You may call Brandi to receive your confirmation number. If you would like to e-mail your timesheet, please send it to email@example.com. Once you have emailed your timesheet please call to receive your confirmation number. Original copies of signed timesheet must be submitted to Midtown. Always keep a copy of your signed and completed timesheet for your own personal records.
