In 1989, just one year after graduating from college, Moreau co-founded staffing company The Midtown Group with little more than a desk, phones and fax machine.

Now, her company is one of the top professional staffing businesses in the region. Helen has fostered a company culture that encourages workplace flexibility and recruits well-rounded employees. Ten years from now, she on continuing to scale up so that the company can be at the top of the industry

The management team at Midtown is fearless and never looks at something new as being impossible. The company’s management team has built long-term relationships, including several that have lasted the entire 28 years the company has been in business, by listening to what clients care about.

The Midtown Group (Midtown) is a certified small, woman-owned business that provides temporary staffing and professional services across 17 states. Over the past 28 years, Midtown has evolved from a staffing firm to an organization capable of providing full service solutions. We make a tireless effort to meet and exceed the requirements of our clients and candidates in an ever-changing market. Currently, we manage more than 500 candidates and more than 76 clients across the nation. We’re recognized as one of the best staffing firms in DC, as well as a perennial winner of the “Best Place to Work” award by Washingtonian and The Washington Business Journal.
