Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and of recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Responsible for executing search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions and build candidate pipelines for future needs
- Create a pipeline of prequalified candidates for current and future positions with the goal of growing the level of candidate flow and customer service to business partners
- Partner with Recruiters to understand the talent needs of the business and build effective search strategies
- Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools to source candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote our organization and attract top talent
- Provide support for recruiting-related projects and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activity in our applicant tracking system and other databases
- Perform research to gain market awareness regarding competitors and candidate availability
- Learn and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Job Description:
- Takes ownership of accounts and develops new business on new and existing accounts
- Search for new business development opportunities and help to grow existing client business, by leveraging proposals and other internal resources
- Assist with reporting and maintenance of business development pipeline
- Work with the proposal team to develop high quality proposals; develop organizational competencies, and leverage personal experience to submit winning proposals
- Diversify existing client accounts by developing new client contacts and new business within existing clients.
- Communicate directly with clients to submit candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and obtain feedback on interviews
- Full knowledge of reqs/job orders to assure recruiting team has targeted focus
- Work with Production Manager to assign reqs and overflow of reqs
- Work directly with clients for matters pertaining to timesheet approvals
- Review purchase order status on each account with finance team (minimum once/month)
- Handle client concerns and address issues
- Visit clients regularly to support and foster relationships
- Participate in program kick-off meetings with VP, BD/CPM and take the lead for oversight and management
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Attend all department meetings
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or account management in professional services

Job Brief:
Role Responsibilities:
- Design clear engaging graphic communications campaigns & marketing materials for print & web. This will include job postings, ads, flyers, presentations, internal communications, and other marketing materials as needed
- Event planning assistance (virtual & in-person)
- Assemble/ship packages & gifts
- Research & present ideas for team merch & team outings
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graphic Design & content creation experience
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong interest in learning
- Comfortability with both taking initiative and working in collaboration within team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in learning working in a customer service environment
- Interest in involvement with branding, communications, and marketing of Midtown as an employer and a company
Education:
Time Requirements:
- Work hours will be structured around school schedule & related deadlines. Work is expected to be performed 3-4 days/week during standard business hours, 9am-6pm M-F.
