Job Description:

Midtown, a multiple award-winning Best Places to Work staffing firm has an immediate opportunity for a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition Team! This role can be remote based or work out of our Washington, DC office in a hybrid model. As a member of our Recruitment and Sourcing Team, you will source and deliver talent for key positions across all business functions from Government, Legal, IT, Non-Clinical Healthcare, and Professional Service positions. The Talent Sourcer will develop positive relationships with key partners such as Recruiters and Hiring Managers as they identify and engage leads to fill our expanding talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions and build candidate pipelines for future needs
  • Create a pipeline of prequalified candidates for current and future positions with the goal of growing the level of candidate flow and customer service to business partners
  • Conduct basic market analysis and industry research to inform and develop a sourcing strategy

      Responsibilities:

      • Serve as business analyst for growing Professional Services firm.
      • Help the business improve processes through systems management, workflow & data analysis. 
      • Serve as the internal database analyst / insight point of contact relating to our CRM / Talent Acquisition system and data reporting systems.  
      • Responsible for ensuring the efficient running of said system (Bullhorn CRM and Insight Squared).
      • Lead the day-to-day account management for key tech stack & partners, and act as liaison on any systems upgrades, changes, issues, etc.

      Required Skills/Knowledge:

Excel skills are expected to be outstanding with exemplary proficiency in using pre-defined formulas, creating charts, building macros etc. Also, knowledge of VBA along with another programming language (such as Python) is highly desirable
      • At least 4 years of progressive experience in customer success management, CRM, or business analyst. Experience with Bullhorn or any like Talent Acquisition system a plus.

        National staffing and recruiting firm experiencing significant growth is seeking an accounting professional to perform general ledger, accounts payable, payroll and other accounting duties. This role will provide accounting support to the Finance Department, supporting the firm’s accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, and various account reconciliations, and report to the Director of Finance.

        Partial listing of duties and responsibilities include the following:

        • Reconciling all bank accounts on a weekly basis
        • Performing payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable related activities required for monthly close, including all functions required to ensure month end deadlines are met
        • Ensuring accuracy of expense allocation and general ledger coding
        • Updating and maintaining AP, Payroll and AR transactions within QuickBooks, including detailed data entry to ensure clear documentation of all transactions
        • Reconcile and prepare journal entries for company corporate credit card program
        • Communicating with finance support staff and outside vendors on AP-related issues
        • Setting up and maintaining vendor database including requested W-9’s and banking information for vendors and processing annual 1099’s using QuickBooks
        • Assist as needed with performing payroll functions including posting of timesheets and labor allocations, maintain Bullhorn timekeeping system, and preparation of weekly payroll and working with Employdrive/Isolved processing of payroll
        • Assist with updating all payroll information such as salary, benefit, garnishment, or other changes to the payroll system

        • Reconciling all payroll taxes including quarterly unemployment taxes to ensure the monthly employee withholdings match the payments/reports filed by the payroll company monthly.

        • Assisting with preparation of client invoices, including compiling support documentation, liaising with clients on invoicing questions, and reconciliation with QuickBooks

        Qualifications:

        • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred however will consider a Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline and a minimum of 3 years related experience in general ledger and payroll accounting.
        • Thorough knowledge of accounting, including U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), understanding of the general ledger and the relationships between various general ledger accounts
