Midtown's Involvement

Midtown is offering FEMA support for Hurricane Harvey from Waco, Texas and Santa Ana, California locations.

We have specifically chosen these locations to support the people and economy of areas most affected by recent hurricanes. We emphasize empathetic, professional, and responsive service to everyone affected by this recent tragedy. By providing 100% bilingual Spanish operators, Midtown demonstrates its commitment to helping people of all backgrounds.

FEMA’s FirstContact Program

This program enables people to ask for help when disaster strikes. Midtown is proud to support this program with its team members. As part of Midtown contact center services we provide full coverage across: Site Management, Program Management, Technology Management, Information Systems Security, Content and Knowledge Management, Contact/Case Management, Relationship Management, and Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Midtown provides contact center services from 6am-10pm CST, 7 days a week, including all holidays.
